I had a great time with the family and friends this weekend. My mom, sister and Emilio came up to see Richard while he is in town and we made Carne asada tacos, beans and LOTs of salsa! The food was good. Richard, Alison, Jon, Mel, Pete, Mom, Dad, stepdad Emilio and I played Texas Hold 'em until about 2 am. It was my first time playing. My brother was very inconsistent with the rules and all of that stuff but i managed to kick everyones ass even though I had NO clue what the hell I was doing. Beginners Luck! Who'd ever have thought Mrs. Owen would be a good bluffer! :0) I'm not sure if I won because everyone was so drunk or if it was because I was! We played outside all night and I'm suer the neighbors were laughing at all the crap that was going on im my backyard! Even the kids were running around having a good time watching movies with auntie Amanda. It was such a good time. We downloaded music all night and just kept it in rotation, so it was pretty crazy mixing in everyones taste. Now I'm happy I let Pete buy a good speaker system for the computer. :0) Last night, a few friends and their kids met up ate at Carl's Jr. and we went over to dads and hung out at the pool until about 10pm...we came home and just fell into bed. This has been a crazy busy weekend...and I slept so good last night! Kaya and lil richie woke up at 5 am this morning and went on a hike up in Idyllwild with Pete and should be home in about an hour so I gotta run, I promised that I would have some pancakes ready! I wish I would ahve gone, but sleeping in with Cameron sounded so much better last night! LOL Catch everyone later...have an AWESOME day!
